I have Items I would like to send to you for stitching.

Due to the possibility of embroidery machine malfunctions and the unpredictability of certain fabrics and materials, we are unable to offer embroidery on customer-provided items at this time.

I see a product on social media but not on the site?

What is your turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. Need your order sooner? We'd love to help if we can! Please email us before placing your order. Orders needed in less than two weeks may be subject to a rush fee, depending on availability.

Can I get a mockup before I place my order to see if i like the font?

Mockups can be made within reason, many of our products are made to order. Any custom item we can advise what font works best for that product.

RETURNS

Due to the personalized nature of our custom embroidery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To ensure your order is correct, please carefully review all personalization details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and design selections, before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, production begins quickly and changes may not be possible.

SHIPPING

Because all items are personalized and embroidered to order, please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business day.


You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
